Cancellation Insurance
Cancellation insurance is 2% of booking cost. Allows full deposit refund for death, ill health of one of the party or close relative or friend. Or situations arising out of a criminal act or employer cancelling leave. Some evidence may be required to deal with a claim. Cost payable on booking in addition to deposit.
Failure To Keep Booking
Account payable less 50% of cost.
Mid-Visit Departure
Account for nights not taken to be paid in full less 50%.
Other Rates
Other rates for weddings, functions, conferences etc available from reception.
